Join Coach Ash for the 5km to 8 km program in Bryanston!

NB: You have to have run a few 5km runs before joining for this program. This is not structured for complete beginners, but rather women who have been running for 8 weeks or more

Details:

  • 7 week-long program commencing on 9 May 2022
  • 3 x weekly runs:
    • Tuesday 5:00 pm
    • Thursday 5:00 pm
    • Saturday 6:45 am
  • 2 x weekly strength sessions to be completed yourself at home through the website portal
  • Stretching and foam rolling guidance
  • Finale run event to be confirmed. You will be required to pay for a temporary running licence and a race entry based on the race selected by Coach Ash. This will be communicated to you.
