Virtual Half Marathon 12-week program

We have received a number of requests for a virtual fastest 5km program, and so I am happy to announce that this is finally available!

You will complete the program virtually, however, you’ll have access to the Running for Cake running community and Coach Mich for any questions or support you may need!

Details:

  • 12 week-long program
  • 3 x weekly runs (first 8 weeks)
  • 4 x weekly runs (final 4 weeks)
  • 2 x weekly strength sessions
  • Stretching and foam rolling guidance
